Hail Caeser

Yeah, so we went to Hotlantic City this weekend wth our friends Sue 'n Steve, who were celebrating their 10 year anny!! We'd planned this trip for about 4 months. Steve hadn't been in a while & Sue had never been!! We LOVE making new AC converts!!!!!!!! We dropped off Master P at my parents for Saturday night & rendezvoused with our friends at Pauloff Farms. We piled into Wanda McBetty (maggies car) and shot down the parkway in a amazingly quick 2 hours & change... We had to park on the roof of the parking garage at Bally's, so I guess people are going to the casino for recession relief!! I found a cool sign by the car that some drunk fool musta pryed off the wall...... Yeah, it's in my house now! We checked in, after waiting on the wrong check-in line of course.. & went up to our rooms. Shortly after checking in we all hung out in our room for a cocktail session & to look at our food options, & laugh & be merry like!..... We decided to try the "global tapas" place. They have food from all over the world that you order for the table & it comes out in random order!! It was a cool concept & I think we all really enjoyed it!!! I know "Casino Steve" did!!!!! Ya see Steve morphed into his Gambling atler-ego..... Hey it worked for him cuz he was the big winner!!!! After a table slapping good time at dinner we headed to the casino for some "action"....... Maggie & I didn't have Casino Steve's stamina, so at about 10pm we headed to bed. See we love the casino in the early morning. When the party has died down & you have the whole place to yourself. We were heartbroken to discover that Bally's has shut down their "pennyville" low limit area cuz they aren't getting the crowds like they used to & had to lay off half of their staff.... I felt like Chuck Heston at the end of Planet of The Apes.... Damn YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully O'Bama (Irish for St.Pattys) can get the economy rollin to save Atlantic City for degenerates like me!!!!!!! Hey, some people wanna save whales, I wanna save the casino baby!!!! Well, we had an awesome time & I think we're gonna all head down again in December for the Kenny Rogers Xmas show!!!!!!!!! OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! About mid morning we all were mssng our kids, so off we headed bidding AC farewell for a few months!!!!!
